The Sign of the Cross is a simple prayer and a perfect formula to represent what we believe as a Catholic. It’s made up of the following parts:
A) a Gesture
B) a Blessing
C) a Sign of Salvation
D) an Invocation of the Name
E) a symbol of the Holy Trinity
